Standard Turnaround
Print turnaround starts when files are uploaded and print ready (after any prepress adjustments, holds for revisions/payment, or proof approval).

Cut-off:
Files submitted before 12:00 PM EST begin same day.
Files submitted after 12:00PM EST begins next business day. - Proofs: If no response in 4 business days, order proceeds to production automatically.
Express Turnaround
2 Business Days print production — ships on the 3rd business day.
GTA local deliveries arrive on the 3rd business day via our own fleet. Outside GTA follows standard shipping transit.

Express Next Day shipping is available across Canada via FedEx Priority or Purolator Express (additional cost may apply for arrival by a specific date).

Prefer to pick up? Select Pickup at checkout — we're located in the middle of the city at 1971 Avenue Road, Toronto (Avenue Road & 401 area).

Proofing & Additional Options
Proofs: Select "Email proof before printing" → receive PDF within 1 business day. Production starts after approval (or auto after 4 business days no response).
Extras like rounded corners, bundling, folding, or scoring add 1 extra business day.
Turnaround time covers production only — it does not include proofing, revisions, payment holds, or shipping.
Production begins once your files are approved/ready. Cut-off times apply for same-day starts.
Business days = Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays. The count starts on the first full business day after your files are ready and approved (does not include the submission day if received after cut-off).
